Vegan three bean chilli

Ingredients
1 medium onion, diced
1 tin of kidney beans
1 tin of butter beans
1 tin of black beans
1 red pepper, diced
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
350 g passata
1 tsp ground cumin
1 ½ tsp mild chilli powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 ½ cups water (you can add more based on how thick/thin you like your chilli)
Fresh coriander to garnish

Method
1. Sautee the onion in a pan on a medium hear with a little water or olive oil until soft. Then add the rest of the ingredients and bring to boil
2. Reduce to simmer and cover for 20 minutes stirring half way through
3. Top with fresh coriander to garnish and serve with rice (preferably wholegrain which is higher in fibre and vitamin B)
